Pedasí, good vibes from this beautiful piece of the Panamanian land
This wonderful and gorgeous land is about five hours from Panama City by car or 45 minutes by air. It is a district in the province of Los Santos which is located at the southern tip of the Azuero peninsula.

Procedure
Cut the pieces of
chicharrones in pieces of ten centimeters length. Then add salt to the taste.
It can be marinated for half an hour. Chicharrones should be lean and have
meat. They are fried well. They will turn brown and will float in the oil they
produce. After that, we should add slices of onion to give them flavor. Then,
drops of water are sprung over them. They will be ready when they have that
appearance with pores and become crispy.
